JoAnn Quickel of Village Art & Design won 1st place this year in the Window Fashion’s Curtain & Drapery contest in Window Fashion Magazine’s yearly contest. The is the 2nd time JoAnne won. She does an amazing job and I love being able to showcase her work.

I just finished this tour for a very good client of mine. It’s a very striking home with some nice details. As always, these home are a challenge to photograph but I’ve done enough of them that I have  developed a technique. (they still take a lot of time to produce) You can click on the image to see the real estate virtual tour I did.

I finished this tour for a new client, United Country Ocala Realty Florida. It was a great shoot. The property is beautiful and the owner, who is also the broker, did a great job staging the home. (take a look at the master bathroom picture and notice the wine glass, book, & bubble bath - we even staged the horse shot) It is rare for me to get this type of great staging on a real estate shoot - a real joy! Here are a few of my favorite shots from a shoot I did for Graetz Remodeling and Custom Homes. Although I did not see the “befores”, the “afters” are a telling a story of how to elegantly transform a late 70’s property into a very attractive, updated showcase home.

Here are some of my photos and virtual tours from my shoot at the Grand Preserve at Kanapaha. I finished this project about a month ago and have had a few people asking to see the results but it does not appear the developement company has updated their website with my work so I thought I would post it here.
