I’ve been busy, haven’t had the chance to rigth in my blog - but I thought I would make the time to write about the R.O. Ranch Equestrian Park. This was a challenging shoot that involving taking a pano of a very large group of people. The group shot below is made up of 8 images shot verticle and stiched together. They plan to have a very large print of this made for the ranch once it is built. A very special thanks to Allison who was my assistant for the day - despite the down pour for two days prior to the event and the gusty winds, everything seem to go very well. I met some of the nicest people that day and the ranch setting was very peaceful.

Here are a few of the portraits I did from the 2008 Gainesville Association of Realtors Installation Banquet. I was on the Customer Relations Committee that was responsible for putting on the Banquet. We had a great board and a wonderful chair person, Greta Rice. It was a great experience, we all had a lot of fun!

I had a fun time photographing the kids from the Healthy Learning Academy for the Gainesville Magazine. I was really impressed with the children and the schools curriculum. They teach  subjects ranging from yoga to pin-pushing shapes to promote dexterity in cursive hand writing. I wish my nephews had lived closer as I would have sent them to this hip, healthy school.

I finished this shoot right after turkey day. It was a fun project that allowed me to utilize more than one of my photography skills; portraits, architectural, and panoramic. This was a great office to work with.

These portraits were done for an ad coming out in the new Home, Living in the Heart of Florida magazine. I did two lighting setups, the standard umbrella even light setup, and a more dramatic setup where I positioned two SB800’s off to the side w/ gobos - the edge of the SB’s framed the wall behind the loan officers giving really nice separation.
