Leeward Air Ranch Ocala Florida

Filed under: Virtual Tour Scenes, Residential — Aaron @ 6:53 pm

This home has just hit the market. It was my first time photographing an aviation community home and was a very nice project. I was challenged in getting the virtual tours done outside. It starting to rain on me while I was shooting - there was a very nasty (typical Florida storm) brewing while I was photographing the deck. Click on the virtual tour scene above then click on the Deck tour and you will see blue skys in front of me and gray ones behind me. (note: I did not take the ariel photos in the slideshow - those where provided to me and I enhanced them a little).

The Beach Place Guesthouses were my first commercial clients three years ago. I really enjoyed photographing their property again as it has really allowed me to see my evolution and progressing as a photographer and visual artist. This is a amazing boutique hotel, right on the beach and only 45 minutes East of Orlando. It’s a very special place to rejenuvate.

I’ve been busy photographing a variety of client projects. For this shoot I used a spot light plugged into my car’s cigarette lighter. My exposures ranged between 12 and 37 seconds at ISO 100 with an aperture of f11. While the shutter was pressed I used my spot light to paint in parts of the house. This is a Mark Warring Home located in the subdivision of India Station, Haile Plantation. He needed a night shot for a brochure. It’s for sale if your interested!
